Our gatherings are designed to foster meaningful connections and enriching discussions in a positive, respectful environment. By upholding these principles, we ensure a great experience for all members.

Engaging Conversations

Keep discussions welcoming and inclusive— at 601 we focus on topics that foster collaboration, innovation, and mutual support, steering clear of politics and religion to maintain a neutral atmosphere.
Commit to constructive dialogue— Bring curiosity, respect, and thoughtfulness to every interaction.
Invite guests with intention—Do not invite random people, strangers, or individuals you’ve just met. Ensure that your guests align with the club’s values and contribute positively to our gatherings.

Community Contribution

Share valuable insights and opportunities—Exchange ideas that enrich and benefit the collective group.
Support meaningful connections—Proactively engage, network, and collaborate to strengthen relationships.

Communication & Outreach

Respect members’ preferences— No spamming allowed. Only reach out to fellow members if they have opted in or expressed interest in receiving your communications.
Honor individual choices—always respect a member’s decision to opt in or opt out of any outreach.

Upholding Community Standards

The 601 community thrives because of the mutual respect and shared commitment of its members. To protect this environment and ensure a safe, welcoming experience for everyone, the Membership Committee balances supportive community management with clear accountability.

Shared Accountability: Members are responsible for their own conduct and for the actions of the guests they sponsor. Behavior that disrupts our positive environment, compromises safety, or goes against our core values will be addressed promptly.
Proactive Resolution: If an issue arises, the Membership Committee may temporarily pause a member's or guest's participation to review the situation thoughtfully before taking formal action.
Safeguarding the Club: To maintain the integrity of our space, serious or repeated violations of these standards may lead to formal disciplinary action up to and including the permanent revocation of membership or guest privileges.
Honoring Committee Decisions: Out of respect for the collective community, any individual whose privileges have been paused or revoked must honor that decision and not participate in any 601 activities.

601 Club Guest Policy

The 601 Club thrives on authentic relationships and meaningful connections. To preserve this spirit, we encourage members to thoughtfully invite like-minded guests who share our values.

Introduce guests thoughtfully—Invite individuals who align with the club’s ethos and who will contribute positively to discussions.

Attend with your guest—Members must accompany their invited guests to gatherings. If unavailable, guests may attend with another member who agrees to host them.

Be intentional about invitations—Get to know potential guests before extending an invitation, particularly if you think you may be part of the endorsement for their membership.

The goal is to foster a community rooted in shared interests and values, that build genuine relationships, not the typical networking event where interactions are purely transactional. Thoughtful guest invitations ensure we maintain the integrity and vision of the 601 Club.

Membership Process

Membership in the 601 Club is built on trust, shared values, and meaningful relationships. We seek members who embody authenticity, generosity, and collaboration.

We highly suggest that interested parties attend a few of our gatherings as an invited guest to make sure it's their cup of tea and take the time to get to know other members outside our gatherings.

To move forward with membership consideration, we ask that you first meet individually with and develop meaningful connections with at least two (2) 601 Club members.

Exchanging business cards, or just connecting on LinkedIn, including casual meetups at networking events do not suffice.

To be considered for membership, applicants must:

Secure two written endorsements from two (2) current 601 members other than your initial host. Have them send an e-mail to membership@the601club.com.

These endorsements must reflect genuine connections built on meaningful interactions, shared values, and mutual interests. Superficial interactions such as exchanging business cards, or just connecting on LinkedIn, including casual first-time meetups at networking events do not suffice.

Invest in authentic relationships—Prospective members must make the time to get to know their endorsers personally and professionally, ensuring alignment with the Club's spirit, interests and values.

1. Tell us why you want to join the 601 Club.

2. Reference the name of your initial host who invited you

3. Include the names of your two (2) endorsers and have them e-mail their endorsement that explains why they believe you should become a 601 Club member.

4. Signed and dated copy of 601 Club Community Standards & Club Rules

The 601 Membership Committee will contact your initial host and review the two (2) written endorsements to confirm their relationship to endorse you along with verifying the receipt of the signed copy of the 601 Club Community Standards and Club Rules.
